The Courtyard was proclaimed Alexandria's favorite place to work out in 2006 and 2007.   Under the new ownership of Mark and Heidi McMickens the Courtyard as of July 1, 2007 has just finished remodeling and have now finished the new addition adding over 1500 more sq ft to the club. We are now even bigger and better!  We offer separate workout areas from the largest free weight room in cenla located on the first floor of the club to the circuit room, cardio theatre, and spin room located on the second floor of the club.  The Courtyard is Alexandria's only full service fitness and racquet club with tennis courts, racquetball courts, swimming pool, saunas, steamrooms, and whirlpools.

 

The Courtyard receives many compliments for being warm and inviting. We pride ourselves on member recognition and making you feel welcome from the moment you walk through the front door to the time you leave. Our friendly, easy-going approach creates a fun, positive environment that our members often describe as "non-intimidating".
